Nick is a Partner of Europa Generation with over 15 years’ experience in real estate and banking and is currently responsible for acquisitions for the Europa Generation Student Fund.
Since 2010 Nick has purely focused on the purpose built student accommodation sector. Prior to Europa Generation Nick co-founded Harrington Land, a property company focused on land promotion and development specifically in the PBSA sector. Nick therefore has extensive experience in project origination, acquisition, financing and development of UK student accommodation.
Prior to Harrington Land, Nick worked for seven years in the European real estate finance business. He spent five years in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Group of Deutsche Bank focusing on securitised and syndicated lending. Nick spent a further two years focusing on European loan restructuring within the CMBS market and co-founded a European Special Servicer.
Before joining Deutsche Bank Nick started his career at DTZ in London, focusing on European real estate markets including real estate funds, corporate finance and strategy.
Nick holds a BSc (2.1) in Politics from the University of Bristol, an MSc in Real Estate Finance from CASS Business School and a Certificate of Business Excellence from Columbia Business School in New York.
